Chathands respects your privacy and processes personal data carefully. This statement explains what data we collect, why we do so and what rights you have.
1. Data controller

2. What data do we collect?
We process data you provide yourself, such as name, company name, email address, phone number and website. We also process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, and data generated during customer conversations we conduct for your organisation.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to contact you, send quotations, deliver our services, prepare invoices, analyse conversation quality and improve our website. We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing takes place on the basis of performance of an agreement, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent. For newsletters and marketing we ask for explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Retention period
We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Conversation data is retained for the duration of the agreement and thereafter in accordance with statutory periods.
6. Security
Chathands takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to personal data is limited to employees and partners who need this information.

Our website uses functional cookies and, with consent, analytical and marketing cookies. You can adjust your cookie preferences via the cookie banner. The chat widget is subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
8. Your rights

9. Third parties and subprocessors
For hosting, email, payments and analytics we use carefully selected third parties. We conclude processor agreements with these parties so that your data remains secure with them too.
